Terms of Booking

 

Reservation is from min. 2 persons and must be made at least 3 days prior! Please print out the confirmation letter your receive from the Faust Wine Cellar in email and take it with you to the wine tasting.

 

Please check your spam folder because sometimes confirmation letters might land there. In all cases that require a refund the cost of transaction fee is borne by the purchaser.

 

Please note that we are closed on the following days: every Tuesday and Wednesday.

 

TIP: Book a Wine Tasting Cruise on the Danube on days the cellar is closed or fully booked!

 

Terms of Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

If something comes up and you decide not to do the wine tasting please cancel it at least 7 business days prior to the date of the tasting to get a partial refund. Note: max 80% will be refunded

 

Late arrival: Please note that seats are re-allocated after 20 min of late arrival, and no refund will be given

 

No Show Policy: If you don’t cancel and don’t show up for the tasting you are not entitled to any refund.
