  • 1*0,25 liter of soda-water
  • 6 pieces of “pogacsa” (Hungarian savory scones with cheese on the top)

You book the tasting by paying 10 % deposit of the full price. Payment is with Paypal or Bank Card, Credit Card.  No need to create a PayPal account!


Note: Unfortunately we can only accept cash for payment in our Wine Cellar because of our special location: we are inside the Castle Hill and we have neither signals for mobile or internet access.


Terms of Booking


Reservation is from min. 2 persons and must be made at least 3 days prior! Please print out the confirmation letter your receive from the Faust Wine Cellar in email and take it with you to the wine tasting.


Please check your spam folder because sometimes confirmation letters might land there. In all cases that require a refund the cost of transaction fee is borne by the purchaser.


Please note that we are closed on the following days: every Tuesday and Wednesday.


TIP: Book a Wine Tasting Cruise on the Danube on days the cellar is closed or fully booked!


Terms of Cancellation & Refund Policy


If something comes up and you decide not to do the wine tasting please cancel it at least 3 business days prior to the date of the tasting to get a refund on the 10 % you paid. Note: transaction fee ( 4%) is deducted from the refund.


If you cancel the tasting within less than 3 business days you are not entitled to the refund.


No Show Policy: If you don’t cancel and don’t show up for the tasting you are not entitled to any refund.
